OUTSOURCING

DCS BV je multidisciplinarni izvođač koji se također može pobrinuti za outsourcing svih komponenata koje treba montirati i za izradu. Usko surađujemo s našim kupcima kako bismo postigli optimalan postupak outsourcinga uz jamstvo kvalitete i vremena isporuke.

Proizvodnja se odvija vlastito u partnerskim proizvodnim pogonima izvan EU-a, gdje su proizvodni troškovi niži od onih u Nizozemskoj. U tim zemljama imamo pristup širokim proizvodnim pogonima i lokalnim mrežama nabavke materijala. Te su zemlje poznate i po svojoj stručnosti, kvaliteti, pouzdanosti i kratkim rokovima proizvodnje i isporuke. Zahvaljujući dugogodišnjem iskustvu, imamo stručnost za potpunu koordinaciju outsourcinga; od crteža do krajnjeg proizvoda.

Izrada i održavanje tankova

DCS BV ima vlastite stručnjake koji mogu izvršiti cjelovito održavanje i popravak vertikalnih čeličnih spremnika za skladištenje. To se odnosi na rezervoare za skladištenje u petrokemiji i hortikulturi. Gdje je to potrebno, to se može izvršiti uz pomoć hidrauličke tehnologije svrdla, koja se u potpunosti izvodi vlastito. S potrebnom opremom, sve projekte održavanja i izgradnje spremnika možemo izvesti pod ključem pod vlastitim upravljanjem za naše kupce. Izvršili smo popravke podova, zidova, krovova, temelja i sekundarnih objekata. Posao se odvija na temelju uputa klijenta i postavljenih zakonskih tehničkih standarda i zahtjeva. Kroz više od dvadeset i pet godina rada, vlasnici Dutch Contracting Services stekli su izvanrednu reputaciju u proizvodnji i ugradnji cjevovoda u rafinerijama za postrojenja, proizvodnje električne energije, kemijskih postrojenja i offshore platformi.
